Cancellation Window
Cancellations for your order are only permitted prior to shipment. Once your order has been marked as shipped or a tracking number has been generated and sent out, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our team promptly at info@vipfurnitureimport.shop, and be sure to include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.
For all eligible cancellation requests, we will send a formal confirmation within 1 business day of receipt.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
For all cancellation requests that have been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

You are eligible for an exchange if:
The seeds arrive damaged due to shipping conditions.
You receive the wrong seeds or incorrect quantity.
The seeds are defective or unusable upon arrival (excluding damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery).
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
The reason is personal preference such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with color, size, or growth results.
Germination fails due to improper planting, unsuitable soil, watering errors, or climatic conditions.
The request is made more than 15 days after the delivery date.
The product is marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Review Process
Our support staff will assess your request and get back to you within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
Returning Items
If a return is required, we will provide you with the return address. Please ship the seeds back using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Replacement Shipment
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, a replacement shipment will be sent within 2 business days, complete with tracking information.
If the exchange results from our error (wrong or damaged seeds), Vipfurniture Import will cover all shipping costs.
For exchanges approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.
Please keep the original packaging when returning seeds to avoid damage during transit. If seeds arrive damaged due to improper packaging, your exchange request may be denied.
