At Vipfurniture Import, we take pride in delivering premium quality seeds in perfect condition. If you encounter any problems with your order, our straightforward exchange policy is here to protect your rights and ensure your satisfaction.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

You are eligible for an exchange if:

• The seeds arrive damaged due to shipping conditions.

• You receive the wrong seeds or incorrect quantity.

• The seeds are defective or unusable upon arrival (excluding damages caused by improper storage or handling after delivery).

When Can’t You Exchange?

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The reason is personal preference such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with color, size, or growth results.

• Germination fails due to improper planting, unsuitable soil, watering errors, or climatic conditions.

• The request is made more than 15 days after the delivery date.

• The product is marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact Us Quickly
   Please email our customer support team at luckysou@mainstret.com within 48 hours after receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the seeds and original packaging.

2. Review Process
   Our support staff will assess your request and get back to you within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

3. Returning Items
   If a return is required, we will provide you with the return address. Please ship the seeds back using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

4. Replacement Shipment
   Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, a replacement shipment will be sent within 2 business days, complete with tracking information.

Shipping Fees and Responsibilities

• If the exchange results from our error (wrong or damaged seeds), Vipfurniture Import will cover all shipping costs.

• For exchanges approved for other reasons, the customer is responsible for both return and reshipping fees.

Important Packaging Notice

Please keep the original packaging when returning seeds to avoid damage during transit. If seeds arrive damaged due to improper packaging, your exchange request may be denied.
