At Vipfurniture Import, we are committed to providing reliable seed products and a worry-free shopping experience. If your purchase does not meet expectations, our refund and return guidelines are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and protection for our customers.

Refund Qualification Conditions

Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of order delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

• Seeds must remain sealed, unused, and in original condition

• Original packaging must be complete and undamaged

• Custom-made items and products marked as final sale are not eligible

• Seeds damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery are excluded

A full refund will be approved when the issue is caused by our error, including:

• Incorrect seed varieties shipped

• Seeds damaged during transit

• Order fulfillment or shipping mistakes

Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund, customers must contact us at luckysou@mainstret.com within 15 days of receiving the order.
Please include the following information in your email:

• Order number

• Reason for the refund request

• Clear photos (required if items are damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review the request and respond within 1 business day with confirmation of eligibility and detailed return instructions, including the return address if applicable.

If a return is required, seeds must be shipped back within 3 days of approval using a trackable shipping method. After the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Important Information

• Refunds requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind) do not include original shipping fees, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

• If the refund is approved due to product quality issues or shipping errors, Vipfurniture Import will cover all shipping-related costs.

• Customers are advised to retain return tracking details until the refund process is fully completed.

• Requests submitted after 15 days, or those not following the stated procedure, may not qualify for a refund.
